Tasting Notes: Spicy aromas of clove, vanilla, and cinnamon are followed by ripe aromas of currant, raspberry, cherry, and plum jam. Swirling the glass reveals herbal notes and an abundance of spice.

  • Food Pairing: Spicy cheeses, prosciutto, grilled fish, veal and pork roasts, steaks, lamb from the spit, more strongly seasoned dishes, "brudet" (fish stew).
